1. Enrollment and Payment Policy
All course and lesson payments must be made at the time of booking to reserve your seat or driving slot. Once payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. Because driving lesson slots and class seats are limited and reserved specifically for each student, no refunds will be issued if a student cancels, misses a class, or decides not to continue. The reserved slot could have been booked by another student.

2. Student Information and Documents
Students are required to provide accurate personal information and required documents during enrollment. This information may include identification, permit details, and other documents required for driver education.

3. Use of Information
All student information and documents collected during registration will be used only for official driver education and DMV-related purposes, including course records, certification, and compliance with Texas driver education requirements.

4. Responsibility
Students must follow all school policies, instructor directions, and safety guidelines during training.
