Requirements for Road Test
Teen (16-17)
1. Impact Texas Teen Driver’s Certification (ITTD)
2. Texas Driver Education Certification of completion or Online/parent taught Certification of completion(DE-964/PTDE-964 Certificate for Drivers License only)
3. 30 Hours Parents Log
4. Verification of Enrollment(VOE) from High School
5. Valid learner’s permit, Had it for minimum 6 months, Age must be 16+
6. Parent or Legal Guardian must be present during road test
If Use Student Vehicle: Valid insurance card, Registered Vehicle with Number Plate Front & Back & All Lights must work.
Adult 18-24
1. Valid learner’s permit
2. Impact Texas Adult Drivers (ITAD)
3. 6 hour Certification of course completion (ADE-1317)
If Use Student Vehicle: Valid insurance card, Registered Vehicle with Number Plate Front & Back & All Lights must work.
