Enrollment, Payment, Cancellation, and Student Policies
Enrollment and Payment Policy
All course and driving lesson payments must be made at the time of booking. Payment confirms and reserves the selected class seat or driving lesson time.
Enrollment fees are refundable when a cancellation request is submitted. However, the applicable cancellation or administrative fee will be deducted from the original payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Driving lesson slots and class seats are reserved specifically for each student. Students who need to cancel must contact Driving Training School, Dallas, as soon as possible.
The following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled lesson or class: $35 cancellation fee

Cancellations made 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson or class: $30 cancellation fee

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson or class: $25 administrative fee
Any approved refund will equal the original payment minus the applicable cancellation or administrative fee.
Students who do not attend a scheduled lesson or class and do not provide advance notice may lose the payment associated with that reserved session.
Rescheduling Policy
Students may request to move a lesson or class to another available date or time. Rescheduling is subject to instructor, vehicle, and class availability.
The following rescheduling fees apply:

Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson or class: $20 fee

Rescheduling 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled lesson or class: $10 fee

Rescheduling more than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson or class: No rescheduling fee
A new date or time is not confirmed until the school approves the request.
Student Information and Required Documents
Students must provide complete and accurate personal information during enrollment. They must also submit any documents required for the selected course or driving service.
Required information may include:

Learner license or driving permit details

Date of birth and contact information

Course eligibility documents
-
Other records required under Texas driver education rules
Providing false, incomplete, expired, or inaccurate information may delay enrollment, lessons, course completion, or certification.
Use and Protection of Student Information
Student information and documents collected during registration will be used only for legitimate school, driver education, recordkeeping, certification, safety, and compliance purposes.
Information may be used to:

Confirm student identity and eligibility

Maintain enrollment and attendance records

Schedule classes and driving lessons

Prepare eligible course-completion records or certificates

Meet applicable Texas driver education requirements

Support lawful reporting or compliance obligations
The school will handle student information according to its privacy practices and applicable legal requirements.
Student Responsibilities
Students must follow all school policies, instructor directions, course requirements, and safety rules.
Students are responsible for:

Arriving on time for each scheduled lesson or class

Bringing all required documents

Following instructor and staff instructions

Behaving respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other students

Following vehicle and road-safety rules
-
Providing timely notice when canceling or rescheduling

Keeping their contact and permit information current
Failure to follow school policies or safety instructions may result in the suspension or termination of training.
Agreement to the Terms
By enrolling in, booking, or paying for a course, lesson, or service with Driving Training School, Dallas, the student or paying guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
These policies are subject to applicable law and may be updated by the school when necessary.
